Prescription Refills

Prescription refills are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Colorado Brain & Spine Institute providers will only refill medications that have been prescribed by a Physician or Physician Assistant from our practice. All refills must be requested via fax from your pharmacy. Please contact your pharmacy and ask them to fax a refill form to us at 303-783-2002.

It is best to send in a refill request a 2-3 days before you run out of your medication.

Please give CBSI 48 hours to process a refill request. We are unable to process refill requests on nights and weekends.
