Stephanie Hannah, PA-C
Director of Clinical Operations
Stephanie is originally from California, where she received her Bachelor of Science in General Biology at the University of California, San Diego. While attending the University of Charleston in West Virginia to obtain her master's degree, she received a scholarship for humanism in medicine. She is a trivia enthusiast and loves all animals. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, trying new recipes, baking, and the Oxford comma. Stephanie takes great pride in providing compassionate care and working alongside gifted and kind neurosurgeons at CBSI.
Katie Williams, PA-C
PA Lead
Katie is originally from Chicago. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Human Physiology from the University of Iowa. She then moved to sunny Florida to attend the University of South Florida, where she received her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. After two years of working in orthopedic surgery in Tampa, she decided to trade the beach for some mountains and relocated to Denver. In her free time, she enjoys playing soccer, running, spending time with her family and hiking with her dog, Riley. She is happy to bring her unique skill set to the CBSI team.
Phuc Le, PA-C
Phuc joined the CBSI team in 2021. He is originally from Colorado Springs, Colorado and attended the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs for his undergraduate degree. He received his Physician Assistant certification at Eastern Virginia Medical School. He traded the Virginia landscape to return to Colorado. He is committed to empowering and educating his patients about their health. In his spare time, he enjoys running, hiking and spending time with his family.
Jack Stuntz, PA-C
Jack grew up in the Littleton area, before earning his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the Colorado School of Mines in Golden. After earning his undergraduate degree, he worked as an emergency medical technician for an ambulance service in Denver. He briefly left Colorado to earn his Masters of Physician Assistant Studies at Idaho State University, before returning to care for patients in the community he knows and loves. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, backpacking, camping, and playing guitar.
Mason Hagaman, PA-C
Mason is originally from Denver. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences at Colorado State University where his favorite class was Functional Neuroanatomy. He then moved to Arizona and obtained his Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at Midwestern University. He quickly returned home and pursued a career doing what he loves for his community. Patient education and access to exceptional care are at the forefront of his values as a provider. In his free time, Mason enjoys volunteering for the Special Olympics Organization, traveling, and playing pickleball.
Khoi Nguyen, PA-C
Khoi is originally from Highlands Ranch, CO. He obtained his Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from the University of California in Irvine. He worked as a surgical technologist at Denver Health prior to briefly moving to California to earn his Masters of Physician Assistant Studies at Chapman University. After becoming a PA, Khoi decided to move back to Colorado and join the CBSI team to serve the patient community that he has always loved. He’s committed to providing the most compassionate and patient-centered care. In his free time, Khoi enjoys playing piano, soccer, hiking, and spending time with friends, family and his little dog Mochi.
Zach Miklin, PA-C
Zach grew up Greenwood Village, CO. He attended Indiana University Bloomington where he received his BS in Human biology with a focus in human health and diseases and a minor in Spanish. After undergrad, he worked as an ER-Tech at Lutheran hospital. He obtained his Masters in Medical Health Sciences at Touro University Nevada in 2021 and then went on to obtain a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies in 2023. In his spare time he enjoys playing pickleball, golf and skiing. He also enjoys spending time with his family, friends and his miniature dachshund, Milo. His first encounter with neurosurgery was a snowboarding accident at the age of 13 which resulted in spinal surgery for a burst-fracture of his T12 vertebrae. Since then he has remained fascinated by this field of medicine. He is thrilled to join a patient-centric practice where he can provide exceptional care, inspired by the dedicated treatment he once received.
